Based on its turnover in 2011 Setur has been the biggest Turkish duty free company.

Other operational fields of Setur include domestic and international tour operations, IATA air ticket sales, congress and seminar organizations, incoming and outgoing, education abroad, marina administration and air transports.
Setur personnel counting around 1000 carries out these operations.
The Senior Management of the Company has decided to adopt Quality Management Systems and the work including Duty Free operations has resulted with Duty Free ISO 9001:2008 KYS certificate in December 2004.
